Our Approach
Our three-stage approach is to provide a community hub, produce community interest programs, and meet qualified needs in tangible ways.
Stage One: The Café – A warm inviting atmosphere to work remotely, gather with friends, hold meetings, or join our volunteer program. Serving the best at no cost: specialty coffee, artisan teas, snacks, Wi-Fi, books, novelties.
Stage Two: The Programs – Educational, inspirational, and creative programs that enrich community and raise awareness. Networking events: local nonprofits sharing goals and ideas, meet and greet for area businesses. Weekly groups - Bible studies, walker group, knitters/handcrafters, book club, discussion forums.
Stage Three: The Mission – Reaching into the community. Meeting physical, spiritual, and emotional needs. Offering financial and practical support to qualified agencies or individuals.
Our hope is to see a community blend of the finest gifts and talents,
people growing together, side by side.
About Us
Community Blend is a 501c3 non-profit organization with a threefold mission. To create a community hub, run enrichment programs, and provide assistance to qualified individuals.
We are created for community: to gather, to serve, to inspire. Community Blend grew from this idea. When we blend our gifts and talents, we can encourage each other to new heights. Our café provides a place where friendships are born and camaraderie develops; where transformed hearts reach out to mentor others. A place of purpose, where together we’re serving our community with love and good will.
In addition to the café, Community Blend is a charitable organization whose objectives include philanthropy and social well-being through programs serving the public interest or common good.
